Process

The first step will be for us to meet. We are happy to visit you, or you can call at the office at a mutually convenient time. Out of office hours meetings can be arranged.

There is no charge for the initial meeting where we will listen to project objectives. From there we will offer advice and agree a way forward.

Our fee structures fall into three distinct categories dependent on our involvement and the nature of the project.

• Fixed Price
• Hourly Charge with upper limits set
• Percentage of the value of works

Before we commence works we will agree a fee structure with you setting out the service we will provide; what is included and what is not included in our fees. We will agree when our works will start.
